Customs: Russia’s imports of medicines fall 5.2% in May
MOSCOW, Jul 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s imports of medicines decreased 5.2% on the month to U.S. $657.9 million in May, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the Federal Customs Service on Monday.
In January–May, the imports rose 2.8% on the year to $3.33 billion.
Imports of antibiotics shrank 50.3% in May to $8.5 million and 0.9% in January–May to $53.6 million.
